The Centennial Tower

1995 – 1997

Completed in 1997, the Centennial Tower is part of the Pontiac Marina Development, following the completion of Millenia Tower and Millenia Walk Retail Mall ; the Ritz-Carlton; and Millenia Singapore Hotel. Dragages Singapore oversaw the turnkey construction of the Centennial Tower, a 37-storey office tower with a total surface area of 78,000 sqm built on two basements.

The Centennial Tower construction methodology was enhanced to achieve a remarkable four-day construction cycle per floor. This enabled Dragages Singapore to offer a shorter construction programme with the adoption of innovative construction methods. Pre-cast staircases and pre-fabricated reinforcements were some of the ways that enhanced on-site productivity.

Dragages Singapore won the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Best Buildable Design Award in the Commercial & Office Buildings category in 1999, a proven success of our innovative solutions.
