We’re looking for an ambitious and self-driven Corporate Communication Officer to attract Dragages’ next generation of talent for our growing portfolio of PPVC projects.In This Role:
- You will have to produce consistent corporate communications material such as announcements, notices, relay information from Headquarter (Paris).
- Collaborate and support internal department communications needs.
- Write, proofread and edit articles and ensure timely production of the monthly member’s newsletter.
- Propose and improve online engagements with regular, consistent and innovative updates
- Support corporate communications initiatives and update tools such as corporate website and social media.
- Support for company’s video for full video production process including conceptualization, storyboarding, filming and post production edits, checking content for accuracy and cogency
- You’ll have to maintain a library of resources for use by all in the office such as announcements, quotes, photographs, videos and publications.
- Be part of a dynamic team that will help manage, organise and execute large-scale events such as webinar, infoseminar, events and etc.

Job Responsibilities
- To conceptualize and develop at start of project an Internal Production Target Program and Client Master Program
- Update contract milestones, prepare project progress reports, monthly accomplishment reports and status of critical path
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineers in monitoring schedules, productivity and progress trend
- Analyze catch-up quantities and schedules
- Revise both Master Programmes based on the updated information such as EOT granted
- Substantiate EOT submission to the client and consultants
- Prepare monthly reports for internal and external purposes
- Liaise with the project manager or director
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building or equivalent
- Well-versed in Microsoft Projects
- Minimum 5 years in planning environment in construction industry
- Able to work in fast-paced environment with tight schedules
- Possess interpersonal and project planning skills
