Despite the challenges of COVID-19 pandemic, Dragages Singapore has proven its commitment and reliability with the delivery of this prestigious residential development complex in 2021, another project built with PPVC system. Comprising of 2 levels of basement carpark, 5 blocks of 15-storey residential with total of 613 units and communal facilities.
COVID-19 pandemic impacts on Built Environment in Singapore were the great challenges for The Garden Residences project team throughout the year 2020 and early 2021.
Thanks to Dragages Singapore management and project team’s perseverance, professionalism, and strong commitment for the success delivery of this project. Collaboration and strong support from Client and Consultant team were the main key as well for the success.
