An iconic project with the latest construction innovation and technology. The GFA is 21,800 sqm comprising of a semi-basement for 110 car park lots and 2 rock core storage areas, a 7-storey building to be built with MET, and a 16-storey building to be constructed using APCS and PPVC.

The development is a showcase of Mass Engineering Timber (MET), Advanced Precast Concrete System (APCS), Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), Zero Energy Building (ZEB), Super Low Energy Building (SLEB) and Passive Displacement Ventilation (PDV).

Furthermore this project will be supported with productivity enhancing Project Management Practices such as BIM, Virtual Design for Construction (VDC), Big Room Concept, Integrated Digital Documents and Drawing Control System.
