Cape Royale is a design and build project for an up-market comprising eight blocks of 17 to 20 storeys buildings, representing 302 units. Nestled within Sentosa Cove, the Cape Royale enjoys a premier location at the entrance of Marina 1°15. Being the tallest development in Sentosa Cove, Cape Royale is also equipped with distinct architectural features. Its gigantic sea fan motive sun screens, together with the meticulous design lightings, make Cape Royale stand out amongst other buildings in Sentosa Cove.

Its skeleton-like façade combined with curved pre-cast elements represent an innovative external insulated façade system. Building with a strong yet light double skin is also part of our innovative construction techniques which both enhances quality and aesthetic appearance.
