Having been a long-term working partner for more than 15 years, City Developments Limited entrusted Dragages Singapore to design and build the Cube 8 and the 368 Thomson condominiums.

The Cube 8 got its name from the eight vertical modules of distinctive architectural features. This 36-storey tower offers 177 apartments and sky villas as well as six lifestyle-oriented sky terraces. Its sister building, the 368 Thomson, consists of one tower that is 36 storeys high with 157 apartments.

Dragages Singapore once again enhanced both safety and productivity in the course of construction works through innovations. Being a pioneer in the adoption of pre-cast construction, pre-fabricated bathroom units were used in both Cube 8 and 368 Thomson which enabled shorter production lead time. The project team also managed to achieve a construction cycle of six days per floor by using the latest construction techniques.
