Designed to be a stunning home with a dual level waterscape, The Jewel @ Buangkok Drive is a residential high-rise condominium with aluminium power coated façades and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Located just next to the Buangkok MRT station and close to the Sengkang Central area, it is considered to be one of the premiere residential projects in Singapore.

Construction of the deep basement car park in close proximity of neighbouring properties, an underground MRT line and a deep sewer was one of the biggest challenges of this project. Dragages Singapore re-designed the car park with the objective of minimising temporary works through widening distances with adjacent properties and the adjoining MRT line.  While conforming to requirements of the Land Transport Authority, this alternative design also better balances the distribution of car parks between residential towers and optimises ways of access from residential units to car parks.

Jewel @ Buangkok was awarded the Building Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Gold Plus Award.
