The Savannah Condo Park, located in Eastern Singapore, was built on four hectares of landscaped grounds. It has a total of 648 units, ranging from two-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom penthouses spread across eighteen 10-storey tower blocks.
Set in a dynamic curve, the apartments overlook a tropical safari landscape. With design inspiration taken from nature, the condominium was built with striking features befitting of a holiday resort. Starting from the entrance of the Park, its gateway is flanked by seven 10 m tall columns carved with animal hieroglyphics. Other distinct features include several man-made waterfalls, large swimming pools and a volcano installation coupled with monumental bronze animal sculptures and 700 underground parking spaces. The condominium was also fitted with high-quality finishes such as teak flooring and compressed marble and granite in the living rooms.
