The Scotts Highpark condominium was a design-and-build contract for a prestigious 24,000 sqm residential complex comprising 73 apartments in two 19 and 27 storey buildings with a two-floor car park, a clubhouse and a swimming pool. The development is located within a highly exclusive district, just moments away from the famed Orchard Road in Singapore. As a reflection of its discerning residents, Scotts Highpark flaunts sleek and sophisticated lines with equally refined and luxurious interiors.

An alternative technical design solution proposed by Dragages Singapore was the winning factor of the contract. By adopting this alternative design, some of the existing foundations were able to be reused.
