This was a design-and-build contract for an upmarket 336-apartment residential complex consisting of two 36-storey tower blocks. Swimming pools, tennis courts and a clubhouse built over a car park in a partial single-level podium can be found in the development. Scope of works also included demolition of existing buildings and construction of a show flat.

To ensure a 7-day production cycle schedule, Dragages Singapore took full advantage of pre-casting solutions, especially horizontal pre-cast elements. The number of pre-cast moulds was also kept to a minimum by maximising the mould usage and different combinations of moulds.

Today, The Arte stands as a picture of sculptured elegance. Its design concept utilises discreet contrasting textures and finishes to lend an understated vibrancy to its appearance. At night, The Arte transforms into a dramatically-lit masterpiece as its extensive steel framework breathes urban exclusivity.
