The Sail @ Marina Bay

2004 – 2008

Similar to the Empire State Building in New York, The Sail @ Marina Bay – a waterfront lifestyle condominium, has transformed the Singapore skyline. The development is an icon of modernity with two sails stretching their glass and steel profile towards the sky.

Housing 1,111 apartments, the buildings were erected using complex civil engineering techniques, which are unique for the building construction sector. To cope with deep ground conditions and to withstand earthquakes, 80-m-deep barrettes were adopted for ground works.

The two towers offer an elegant and relaxed environment. Residents enjoy a wide array of facilities such as a club house, swimming pools, and exclusive tennis courts built on the car park roof amidst green lushes.
