The completion of this masterpiece is a testament of Dragages Singapore’s strong technical know-how in delivering complex building projects.
New Futura comprises of two 36-storey towers, 124 units, six sky terraces, two basement car parks, and a wide array of exclusive facilities. Floating sky terraces, with a clear space of 11 metres high, are one of its distinct features.
4,500 pieces of three-dimensional aluminium fins sprout from the towers at different levels – in different shapes and sizes. Construction and installation works were technically-demanding with stringent requirements on finishing.
